So you think your partner is a little cry baby. Maybe they have a very sensitive nature and anything that you say or do upsets them fast. You have to be careful about anything you speak because you do not know what you can say will hurt them. Here are a few things that you should do to help your partner not get upset easily:
1 – Cook a nice dinner
Show them you love them and cook something that is their favourite. When someone is upset, they tend to eat a lot and if you have cooked them their favourite dish, there is no reason for them to be upset. Make sure you do not forget desert.
2 – Take them out
So they are upset about something maybe to do with the relationship, work or family. By taking them out their mind will be refreshed and renewed and they will not be too upset. When you are out, try and talk to them and ask them what really happened. Sometimes when people talk, they feel light and better about the situation. When you show that you are there for them, they will automatically talk and open up to you. However, make sure that you are not too pushy because they might get angry or even more upset.
3 – Shower some happiness
Try to just be around for your partner and smile whoever necessary. Sometimes when you just smile, it can take away any kind of pain or hurt. But make sure that you do not get offended if they turn around and shout at you about your smile. Just continue to be there, they will definitely come around to you later and apologize.
4 – Listen to them
Sometimes all you need to do is listen to them. When they start talking to you, respect them and switch your phone off or turn it to silent so that there is no disturbance between you two and you will also be able to give your 100% to them.
5 – Let them cry
When you just let them cry out and talk to you it is also helpful, because crying can also soothe the pain. If they want to go on the terrace and scream, let them do that as well. There are many different ways that a person can relieve their pain.
6 – Give them a massage
They have gone through a lot all day and they are tired, maybe you can pamper them a little and give them a nice massage on their back or feet. Help them remove all the stress and strain that were going through all day.
Sometimes just by being there for your partner makes them happy. So the next time that you partner is upset about something or you think that they easily get upset over anything that happens around them, you should try and ask them what the problem is. When they open up to you, you can only help them get away from the sensitive attitude.
